Manufacturing Process

axellerate’s main manufacturing is completed off-shore, in our own factory located in Fiji. Axellerate are proud to have invested in Fiji and the Pacific as well as diversifying our production streams to meet any future market conditions. 

Having our very own factory ensures we retain accountability and support to our operations, providing consistency, quality, great colours and fabric. Our factory is located 5 minutes from Nadi International Airport allowing for quick organised delivery, freight and logistic time-frames. 

Our main Fiji factory provides full production capability from pattern makers to sublimation printers to laser-cutting, gel applications, sewing and all embellishments. Our Axellerate staff are well-skilled in making highly technical garments, as well as simpler sublimation garments. 

Whilst our new factory provides us with an incredible point of difference in terms of production quality and delivery time-frames, we also have our long term production partners located in China. 

Our Chinese partners manufacture at a factory in Guangdong Province. This factory has a unique supply relationship with Axellerate, with two full dedicated floors of production capacity. 

In looking to the future, Axellerate have created a production and logistics framework, that ensures a seamlessly easy order process and efficient delivery time-frame, is met for our customers. 

Delivery & Logistics

Our dedicated freight and logistics team, pride themselves on ensuring your custom axellerate apparel is received on time and in good order. 

Every garment is quality checked, packaged in our new recycled draw string bags and delivered to its assigned destination on time. 

Through solid partnerships with our production facility in Fiji, axellerate has the ability to provide its customers effective door to door delivery service with real time delivery tracking. 

Working with global freight specialists, our dedicated freight and logistics team guarantee the safe and secure delivery of all orders inclusive of transit and customs checks.
